Our team assists in coordinating and scheduling appointments with local service providers, such as landscapers, cleaners, handymen, and other specialists, so the property is well-maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.

Bill Pay Services (up to 12 invoices per month)
We receive the bills and enter them into our payment system. You approve the vendor and amount and permit us to pay.
The funds, of course, are still coming from your account and are sent to your utility service, telephone company, insurance company, mortgage company, or property tax entity. An account statement is available online 24/7/365 and sent monthly for your records.
